I had an emergency leak coming from my main bathroom through the ceiling down into my utility room. Phil swapped his appointments around so he could get to me as soon as possible and fix this problem. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Our bathroom has been refurbished to a very high standard and communication throughout was excellent. Despite being away on holiday for the first week and us working from home the second there was little disruption and no problems. The team were polite, friendly and if it hadn't been for the new bathroom you wouldn't have known they were there as everything was always left clean and tidy. Thanks for a great job!

If you ever need a plumber I would not hesitate to recommend Phil. He recently refit and remodelled our entire bathroom and he was a complete pleasure to work with. Polite, friendly and honest about what would/would not work. He directed us to a trustworthy bathroom supplier during the initial quote stage and then provided us with a step by step costing breakdown for each stage of the job. His quote was very good for the amount of work involved. Once on the job, Phil arrived when he said he would each morning and kept us informed about what stage of the work he would complete each day. His colleague (another Phil) was also a total pleasure to have on the job too and he did a superb job plastering all of our walls and ceilings. Phil was a tidy worker and also cleared away the mess at the end of each day (as best you can when you’re ripping a room to pieces!) The fact we had a few months wait before he had a slot to fit us in his diary speaks volumes. Highly recommended. Thank you Phil.

Phil was an absolute dream!

I would 100% recommend Phil and his business. I had a rotting bath from an ill fitting design after a house purchase. I thought it was going to be a huge job due to the damage to the floor but he gave me an honest and realistic quote to allow us to save up for a full bathroom remodeling. He gave us options and his personal opinion and even after the bath needed way more work than expected he stuck to his word and was friendly and welcoming and to my child at the same time.

Despite being particularly busy at this time of year, Phil came out on a Saturday to fix my small but frustrating radiator issue.

Phil was friendly, professional and quick, with the issue fixed and checked within 45 minutes, and, as if that weren’t enough, he’s got a cracking beard too.
